We provide Relaxation Therapy which incorporates a personalized combination of breathing exercises, mental imagery, movement for stress release, guided meditation, prayer and spiritual direction. Your personal spiritual path is respected.
We provide a non-clinical yet therapeutic approach. This technique allows you to share your needs while we listen attentively.
We ask the questions which allows you to discover what you truly long for. You determine the approach that works best for your individual needs. You are encouraged to personally evaluate every dimension of your life with regard to your health; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. With your permission or request we can provide advice.
Our purpose is to host a Safe Place for you to share your quandary in a loving environment. We are a faith based organization but we are not dogmatic and we honor your personal choice when it comes to spirituality.
We Provide a Safe Place for You to Process Your Pain and Experience Peace & Stress Release. Our Sessions are done via Phone or Skype and can be paid for via gift card if you choose to maintain anonymity. This is a Sacred and Spiritual Atmosphere.
